You may return any sealed product you have purchased to us, that is not in any way altered, in its original condition within 10 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund (minus any shipping paid). Refunds will only be processed to your original payment method that was used to place your order. Refunds for credit/debit card transactions may take up to 5 business days to process depending on your financial institution. For any non sealed products (Singles, Slabs, etc.) all sales are final and we will not accept any returns.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We cannot process a cancellation request once your order has been shipped. You may return your order back to us (if it's a sealed product, see returns policy above), however, the cost of shipping will be the customer's responsibility. A refund will be processed once the item has been received back to us.
